1) When the astronauts are putting up the American flag it waves. There is no wind on the Moon.
The flag is held up by a horizontal bar and simply moves when it is unfurled and as the pole is being fixed into position by the astronauts. The flagpole is light, flexible aluminium and continues to vibrate after the astronauts let go, giving the impression of blowing in the wind.

"To the Moon, Alice!!!!!"
This is one of the funnier theories out there.
I just read last week that they found ice on one of the poles on the moon for the first time. I sort of laughed at that considering how much we have studied it, and how close it is in relation to everything else we study, yet we have basically theorized, or even proven that there is ice on moons as far out as Saturn/Jupiter.

It took a while for ICE to expand their ranks and our Moon was one of the last outposts. The interior immigration force of DHS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has only been around since 2003 with the creation of DHS since they were created from the ranks of District IN&S Investigations. ;)
