Spent a wonderful hour at the Call down in DC this week presented by the International House of Pancakes, a good time was had by all. I'd go on, but am still overloaded from the experience.

Mike Huckabee led off a prayer, it was magical.

Did he chew his griddle cakes off to one cheek while speaking about how great it is to fast?

Can you just allow one religious thread to exist without coming into it and bashing said religion?

I don't think you have it in you. You are completely incapable of respecting another religion.

The only reason I can come up with is that you're insecure about your belief (or lack thereof, or whatever) so you have to somehow justify yourself or make yourself feel better by bashing Christianity at every opportunity.

It's weak, man.

Thanks for the Ad Hominim. If you were authentic you would address the issie on it's merits.

The post he responded to has merit?

I think hotpapa found a new word for his vernacular.

Ad hominim.

He's used it a minimum of 5 times today alone. It's basically his response for everything today.

Is there a religion for homosexuals? If so that thread will be squeaky clean.

It was a joke. I thought the whole thread was a joke. The Call (an organization which advocates fasting and prayer) sponsered by IHOP (a place which serves mounds of food with a mound of pancakes on the side)? I thought that had to be a joke, if it ain't, that's irony in action.

Yeah, I know it was a joke. I just thought it odd that you'd ask for a response with merit to a post (or thread) that had little merit.

I'm sorry, but this is no laughing matter. I bore witness to a man pleading to the heavens above for a hug from Jesus. As it were, I gave him a reach around. He just cried more.

Your soft-core movies on cinemax suck.
