To cut back on the millions and millions of wasted dollars he'll be foot-in-mouthing from going to court with the banks and "reforming" tax preparation....I can hear him now "Fellow Americans, it is time we STOPPED putting money into issues that are now spilt milk....Therefore, for the betterment of acting more efficiently, and effectively, I am asking that we dismiss these cases as soon as possible...They are a burden on our already exhausted system."
