the buttons (right arrows) don't work, they keep taking me to the first post as if I am clicking on the thread title.

I had that working. Then I took some advice from the vbadvanced forums and all images disappeared.

I have most back now except for the last post arrow.

This shit is driving me crazy.

Everything is almost good now I think. The only thing lacking is the user chosen thread/post icons don't show up on the homepage.

They show in the forums.

I've got them...so if I am getting the site to work right, anyone that isn't must be a complete reject.

ok, so I've now gotten everything to work by putting the following line in my hosts file:

70.87.66.3 www.thepartisanpatriot.com

if thats not in there, I'm fucked

Probably because my ISP is dogshit. I just got off the phone with time warner support and they said they send a signal to my cable modem every 30 seconds and out of over 4000 requests to my cablemodem to find out if its online, over 80% of those never get a response from my modem. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a problem.
