For me, at S-B's I can pop my head in during work and say "boo" without much thought.

Here, due the subject matter, I feel I need to walk in, take my coat, sit at the table and study a spell.

Not drinking enough water.

The salts and other such things that your kidney filters out of your blood collects in the urine...water dilutes it and flushes it out...less water equals yellower pee...

and in some cases (like myself) leads to precipitation of some compounds in the kidney...a la crystals...a la stones.
